1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time you place your order.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery. Approximate delivery times are:
Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 2–4 business days
South India (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala): 3–5 business days
Rest of India (including metros): 4–7 business days
Remote or rural areas: Up to 10 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to local disruptions, weather conditions, or courier-related delays.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer transparent and affordable shipping:
Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹499
Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50 or more for orders below ₹499
Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout and displayed clearly before payment.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order using the courier partner’s website or through the link we provide.
If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before confirming the order. Surya369 Traders is not responsible for:
Delays due to incorrect/incomplete address
Failed deliveries after multiple courier attempts
Extra charges incurred for re-delivery due to customer error
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you for redelivery (re-shipping charges may apply).

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, open, or tampered with:
Do not accept the delivery
Take clear photos of the package
Inform us immediately via email or WhatsApp
We will initiate an investigation and offer a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
